“Azersheker” LLC took part in the 15th International Agricultural Exhibition The 15th Anniversary Azerbaijan International Agricultural Exhibition Caspian Agro was held at the Baku Expo Center on May 18-20. “Azersheker” also took part in the exhibition, which brought together about 450 companies from 24 countries. “Azersheker” LLC operates in agriculture, animal husbandry, horticulture and agricultural laboratories in different regions of Azerbaijan using the latest technologies. The company plays an important role in ensuring food security in our country through agricultural activities. During the three-day exhibition, “Azersheker”, “Dastan Agro” and “Agrolab” presented the latest irrigation and agricultural technologies used in agriculture, an innovative livestock complex under construction and our modern laboratory services. In addition, visitors to our stand tasted a beer made from local barley, which we brewed for the first time as a result of our cooperation with “Carlsberg Azerbaijan”. Within the framework of the exhibition, a memorandum of cooperation was signed between “Azersheker” LLC and “Gilan Pivot” on the development of agriculture in our country and the application of modern irrigation technologies in agriculture. “Azersheker” LLC - was established in 2017, is engaged in the production of various types of agricultural products, investing in arable land in different regions of the country. In the current planting season, our modern irrigated farms in Shamkir and Yevlakh districts are cultivating grain, sugar beet, soybeans and corn on 4,000 hectares, and a total of 4,751 hectares. By the end of 2022, it will invest about 65 million manat to equip about 4,654 hectares of land in Shamkir, Yevlakh, Agjabadi, Fizuli and Aghdam regions with modern irrigation and other modern infrastructure systems. At present, the company employs 280 people, more than 23 million manat has been invested in agricultural work. Since 2019, the company has a modern agricultural laboratory "AgroLab".
