A strategy meeting called "Next three year strategic period" was held in which the management team of our company participated. At the meeting, the goals set for farms in the 2024-2025 planting season, improvement of management and strengthening of monitoring-quality control work were discussed. In addition, the company's new strategy and goals, the role of farms in fulfilling these goals and the KPI system were presented.
The event also discussed the digitization of the company's activities, the simplification of the operations execution process, the strengthening of the control mechanism and the application of digital technologies in agriculture.
