Media representatives visited "Dastan Agro" Agropark, part of "Azersheker" LLC
Thus, on June 7, with the organization of EZDA, a familiarization visit of media representatives to "Dastan Agro" Agropark, which is part of "Azersheker" company, was organized. The mass media representatives got acquainted with the application of modern technologies in the agropark, with the harvesting operations in fodder, brewing barley, food wheat fields and with the application of innovative technologies in the mowing fields, the processes of sowing corn without any soil work.
It was reported that the total area of our agropark is 1029 hectares of which 521.4 hectares are equipped with modern irrigation systems, 252.3 hectares are planted with barley and 269.1 hectares with wheat. 269.1 hectares of wheat area and 222.3 hectares of barley area are irrigated by pivot irrigation system and 30 hectares are irrigated by sprinklers. Brewing barley grown on the territory of the agropark will be delivered to the Promalt barley processing plant, the first in the South Caucasus.
50 people are permanently employed in the agropark. 
It should be noted that modern technologies are used in planting and sowing in our agropark. Thus, Mzuri and Horsch Pronto techniques are used in the planting process and Fendt combines made in Germany and John Deere made in America are used in grain harvesting. It should be noted that the Fendt combine harvester is used for the first time in our country in grain harvesting in the territory of this agropark.
