With the joint organization of "Azersheker" LLC and the Gazakh-Tovuz Regional Education Department, an excursion was organized within the framework of the "Green World Solidarity Year”.

Employees of Gazakh-Tovuz Regional Education Department and students of general education schools of Shamkir region took part in the excursion.

During the excursion, the students were given extensive information about the work done at the Shamkir farm of "Azersheker" LLC and the students' questions were answered. The students were closely acquainted with how to save water using advanced technologies, how to protect the environment, the cultivation process using pivot and drip irrigation methods and the methods of protecting plants from pests.
