In order to satisfy the raw material needs of the Promalt barley processing factory, the works for the construction of infrastructure and modern irrigation systems in a new 10 000 hectare area in the territory of Aghjabadi, Imishli and Fuzuli regions are continuing. Currently, modern irrigation systems project have been carried out.
It should be noted that the factory, which will receive the first product in 2024, will initially process 11 000 tons of malt per year, and 17 000 tons at the next stage. With the start of operation of the factory, imports of this product will be prevented and more than 10 million dollars will remain in our country.
